I called at 1030 this morning to talk to their parts department about a starter. After being on hold for 10 minutes they took my number and said they'd call me back. I called again at 1130 and was put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on.

Service department helped me trouble shoot a problem with my Stihl trimmer. Didn't even spend a dime and it runs like brand new. Fixed it at home with just a little guidance. It's very difficult to find service these days that do not take advantage of customers by taking their money for easy fixes. Knowledge sharing, customer service and it's finest!
What a great place to do business with. Everyone has been kind and friendly!!! A bad situation was made a little better today with the great work by the service department! Your kindness is greatly appreciated!
