They are thieves. Everything they did was a cheap cover up, never fixed the problems. Then they blame the tenant. Don't ever rent from these low lifes.
Excellent property management. Always returns the calls within a few hours and responds to request for actions. Competent office staff who handles all payments and statements electronically. Keeps the occupancy rate high and maintenance cost low.

I was really disappointed by their poor customer service. I made an appointment with them to look at a rental house. When I showed up their representative was not there. I discovered after calling them that they rented the place. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call me and notify me of the situation. Worse yet, the woman on the phone didn't appear to care and offered no apologies. I wish I could bill them for the time and gas money.
