I rented from Ideal Homes and Realty for approximately 5 years- they were fast when repairs were needed, and always very courteous! If I ever had to rent again I would go back through them, we only moved out because we bought our first home. They also worked with us on days we had off for maintenance people to come to our home- we did understand sometimes other renters had more important issues so they needed tending to first but they do their best and are there for their tenants.
Check rip off report on ideal about Gary and Mary goad . Even tho luke says Gary never worked there. Our old house 2721e Pierson Rd has black mold in basement bad wiring . Back taxes Gary never payed but lied said did . When inspector comes Gary tells u to not answer
I have rented from Luke Goad for some years through different houses, he's always helped me out and I've never had a problem. I highly recommend this company.

Going on 3 years renting Ideal Homes and Realty. Luke, his wife and the rest of the crew are awesome. Pam works in the office and she is always nothing but nice and helpful. I cannot remember the maintenance mans name but he's extremely nice and always gets things taken care of and in good time. I STRONGLY recommend them if you are looking to rent. �
