Bill Beck and his team were superior in efficiency, accuracy and executing the closing of our refinancing f our home! They got all the documents for us and placed them on a very easy access website for our review, nothing was hidden or forgotten, we closed in 2 weeks from the time we started the process. The entire team was so easy to work with and each one of them had exceptional knowledge of the loan we were getting. After a nearly two decade relationship with Ideal Home Loans, I couldn't be more infuriated than I am now with this company. When faced with the opportunity to save me money and earn more of my business plus referrals, they chose to charge me more in interest. I was prepared to refer three couples to Ideal, but at this point, I will refer them to anyone but Ideal. #neveragain
