We refinanced with Ideal Home Loans a second time within the year because the Fed’s had cut rates and we wanted a lower rate and decided to move forward with Bill Bleck and his team again, It was smooth as silk as the original refinance went, we lowered our rate and got a lower monthly payment which was exactly what we wanted.
