I had an excellent experience coming to Ideal for a sensitive tooth - I was referred by my dentist. Every step was explained thoroughly and every staff member I talked to was friendly and professional. My root canal was very quick (15-20 min) and honestly, painless. I am grateful they were able to schedule me so quickly. Thank you to everyone in the Ideal office! I would gladly return if I ever need more work done.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Manesh’s office today was extremely disappointing and concerning. Prior to my appointment, I received multiple automated forms and emails, including a cost estimate that stated I was “given the opportunity to ask questions.” In reality, these were simply emailed forms with no actual interaction or opportunity to discuss anything. The admin staff was super helpful in handling my referral. They were very patient and just overall pleasant. The wait time was very minimal and the Endodontist was open and honest with His recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place.
