This company was sent to my home by American Home Shield, a home warranty company. We had a problem with water leaking from an upstairs bathtub which damaged the sheetrock below in the living room. The first plumber Ideal sent said the problem was the faucet leaking behind the tile. He was here about a half hour and said the problem was fixed, and didn't bother to test. Under the warranty, any damaged caused by the leak is my responsibility to fix. Initial damage was appx. $200 to re-texture and paint the damaged sheetrock. ... read more
Ideal Services "hoses" customer. – My water heater went bust and needed to be replaced. I have a home warranty thru Old Republic which I love, I called them and they had Ideal Services call me, made an appt, the tech came and talked to the Old Republic service person. Apparently all the charges for replacing the water heater would be covered under the warranty except for a "rerouting charge" for the pressure relief valve that turned out to be $140. Great Company – We used these guys this year for our annual ac check up, our daughter has severe allergies so every year we have our units checked, filters replaced etc. We have used a few different companies over the years, we will be using Ideal Services from here on out. The technician was clean, professional and friendly.
Happy Customer – Had some electrical issues at our house, Jose came out & got everything all fixed up. We were also interested in having some outdoor lighting done in our backyard, he gave us a couple different ideas and once we agreed on one he wrote us up a bid even though that wasn't what our appointment was for. We've since had him back and had the lighting done and are happily enjoying this cool weather in our backyard.
Awesome – We have used them a couple of time for our investment properties. The tech.s are professional and do great work. We will contiune to use them.
Ideal Services=Super Services – Had a problem with our heater last weekend when it got so cold again and discovered Ideal Services through our home warranty company. We were so impressed that even calling on a weekend we received a call from their office and had a technician arrive at our home within hours. Ramon was professional and polite and had our family comfortably warm in no time. We also learned they service electrical and plumbing so we will be using them as our one stop shop!
Wonderful – I called Ideal Services to give us a bid on our bathroom remodel based on a review I read about another customer being so happy with their bathroom remodel done with them. Our bathroom remodel is now finished and fantastic! The men who worked the job were very polite and professional and cleaned up not only after the job was completed, but also straightened up at the end of each day and gave us their cell phone numbers just in case we had any questions or problems. Very Professional – Our heating went out so I called the home warranty company. They sent Ideal Services out to do the repair. When I called to schedule service I was initially told they couldn't be out for 2 days. But when I explained we had no heat or space heaters, they sent someone out later in the day. Erik was our tech and he was wonderful. We left the heat off and when he came he turned it on and of course it worked perfectly and he couldn't find anything wrong. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! – I am so surprised to find anything negative on this company! I discovered them through my home warranty company for our A/C unit, which was handled very nicely start to finish. In chatting with the technician discovered they also performed electrical & plumbing services. I remodeled my master bedroom & bathroom & they designed the lighting & help me choose fabulous bathroom fixtures without breaking my budget!!
