I think it is a phenomenal company! Reasonable prices, good customer service & knowledgable technicians that wear booties over their shoes in your house to protect your floors! They even clean up after themselves. They do all service & maintenance work in my home as well as any upgrades or remodels I do. I recommend them to everyone I know!
Be sure to ask for Steven for your electrical needs. He not only fixed the problem, but he checked several other things both in and outside of the house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile for me and that's unheard of these days. I'm definitely using this company again.
I have been using Ideal Services for many years. I recently had to change my garbage disposal and the softener. Zack came to my house and he replaced everything. All the work was done diligently and quickly. A+++
Service was excellent very professional
Ideal is my only go to company for ANY plumbing or electric work. I had to use them again last saturday when I failed to fix something myself.( note to self )You tube makes every fix seem easy! So after my try at fixing a leaky faucet and after 3 hours of wasted time I gave up. Now my leaky faucet was a stream of water that I couldnt turn off! These were flawless professional installations by two outstanding technicians, Beau & Frank and I am thrilled with the results.
I couldn't be happier with this company. We had them out to our house after a local handyman service came in and made a mess of our game room. We were remodeling the room and wanted new lighting and a wet bar. Speaking from experience if you want something done right, hire a contractor and I highly recommend DEAL SERVICES! And NOT a "handyman" they are "technically" allowed to perform work in your home but they're not actually licensed contractors so holding them accountable is nearly impossible. Honest and Efficient. In the beginning I used this company because they were sent by my home warranty company for my hot water heater. After dealing with their friendly office staff and then their technician I discovered they not only handle plumbing but all the other household things you would need serviced or repaired.
