The electrician named Steven was on time, called to let me know when he would arrive, solved the problem and explained how all the electrical panels and outlets worked in our new home. Ideal services was called by our home warranty company for some plumbing issues we've had for a long time. JP (Jerome) came out and met our needs fully. He's very personable and let us know what he was doing to fix the issues before and as he fixed them. He recommended places to call for our other services needed, which was very helpful. We are more than satisfied with the customer service that Ideal Services provided us and will recommend in the future.
Had Ideal out again today, one of my bulbs literally blew up one night & burned the string right in half on my backyard lights...see my photos. I thought they'd be a goner, I had Ideal install them several years backs for my parents 50th wedding anniversary soirée & use them every chance I get! Had them come out for a plumbing leak from American Home Shield. They were true professionals and only took a few minutes to diagnose the issue. This was actually the second company American Home Shield sent out. The first one took my money and didn't even touch anything. Big thumbs up to these guys.
