The first time I walked in, they cared about my concerns about what was going on. Gave me several options to find which one suited me better...I know that’s what every place is supposed to do, but most don’t. I love ideal dental, I will no longer use anyone else for my dentist!
I had a great experience today. Dr. Pham made me comfortable and talked with me about being nervous instead of brushing me off. I also really like the cubicle-like rooms with no doors. Part of what makes me nervous is being in a room, drugged up with people I don’t know, with the door shut. Very professional and friendly staff.
I love Ideal Dental . The whole staff and doctor is so nice and friendly.
I’m not normally a fan of going to the dentist. But I am so lucky to have found Dr. Paul Pham and Renee and everyone else in this office. I can’t say good enough things about the care and quick appointment and treatment I have received during my root canal and permanent bridge. It is so nice to receive the phone calls and texts from Dr. Pham checking on me and truly concerned about my care and well being during and after my appointments. I received a bill for $559.40 and I’ve never visited the office! The bill states it’s 30 days past due! I live in Midland due to work! I haven’t been to Forney since January 8, 2018! I do, however, know there is another person (family) that has the same last name. The father has my same name (Gonzalo), they have a son named Brandon (that’s 2 years older than my son), and a daughter named Lindsey (I don’t know her age). I love this Dental office! Been coming here for 3+ years. The staff is so warm and friendly. Dr Adams is extremely personable and explains everything. His assistant Kim is also fabulous! This has be come my family dentist for my parents, daughter and myself.
Love the serene atmosphere. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to the dentist. Annddd to too it off they were playing Bruno Mars the entire time. �. A keeper for me.
