I have been a loyal patron of Ideal Dental for close fifteen years now and I always enjoy my visits to Ideal, in fact all of my experiences with Ideal’s staff are positive. I feel secure in knowing they take good care of my dental needs and I enjoy interacting with each of them when I visit. I highly recommend Ideal Dental.
The worst! I had a root canal done in February. They left some of the root in which caused a lot of pain I had to go back and they put my temporary crown back on afterwards I went back to get my permanent crown it didn’t fit! So they told me 3 more weeks, I finally got my permanent crown in July! I’m at the orthodontist now and they found 5 cavities! They should’ve been seen by Ideal Dental! Horrible work
Very pleased with their work. Was able to get a next day appointment for a broken tooth. They took care of what I needed and did not try to sell me additional treatments.
Very pleasant staff at the Forney location, we saw the hygienist, the dentist and the orthodontist and all went beyond normal customer service and took the time to make sure all our concerns were met!!
