They where very understanding to my dental needs and explain clearly what I needed done, and helpful with the expense out of pocket with my insurance.
Unfortunately, my latest appointment, scheduled as a routine exam and cleaning, turned out to be highly disappointing. Ideal Dental transformed the visit into an opportunity to upsell a deep cleaning procedure, and my experience left much to be desired. Interaction with the Hygienist My appointment began pleasantly. Always provide a great service, both customer and dental, and always willing to answer your questions.
I see there’s a trend with this issue. I scheduled a check up, exams and teeth cleaning. They went through all the exams and took forever. Recommending all of these procedures that I didn’t need and others I made them aware of. Spoke with the billing woman and she came back with $1660 worth of work to be done. She showed me 2 different cleaning options and said I couldn’t do certain ones. They said I needed a “deep” cleaning and proceeded to tell me it was $520. Never heard this in my life.
