I had heard many commercials about Ideal Dental, so I decided to find the nearest one to where I live...and I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Christopher Hererra was a gem with a sense of humor and a gentle touch and the ladies on the staff were absolute darlings. I had my first cleaning 6 months ago they called me the week of and said they were overbooked and asked to change my appointment to during the week. I explain the reason I am with them is for the weekend appointments. 6 months later I HAD an appointment today. On Monday they called again saying they overbooked and asked me to take an appointment to during the week. Again I told them I need weekend appointments.
