Very happy with my car. Outside of Mazda recalls, I had no issues. I'll be back when it's time for a new one.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Before I made my first payment I had to dish out $1688 in repairs... and now I have another bill of $836... I've own the truck for alittle over 2 months... Yes! I bought used - but the vehicle was dangerous to drive. Prior to me buying the truck Ideal Imports spent $500 in repairs and knew the truck was unsafe and still let me buy the truck. Max and his team at Ideal are the best. They provide great customer service, are efficient yet do not cut corners during the buying process, and are always honest and fair. Horrific customer service. When I asked them to overnight me a new 21 day permit they wouldn't. Mine was to expire the next day, I live nowhere near the dealership, and I work hours that don't allow me to make a road trip to pick one up from them while they were open. Max's response to me was, "don't do anything stupid while driving and you won't get pulled over." He's obviously unaware of the driving laws.
