John made my car buying experience seamless with no pressure. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and within a short amount of time, I drove off the lot with the SUV I wanted. When I got home I noticed a knob was missing that I hadn't noticed when I was looking over the vehicle so I contacted John and he had a new one by the following day. Great customer service. I love my SUV and would recommend John and iDeal Auto Imports.
