Customer service very good
I was going to cancel my membership but Ana in customer service was so good I changed my mind. They've really stepped up their game!
over past few months, they have helped me with issues on their web site for how to earn CECs, they gave me a link for insurance, which did not pan out (only because the company wont insure working in ALF and Independent facilities) and have invited me to possibly share my own work at their conferences. My point is at every turn, customer service and a caring attitude have been really good.
