Angelo could not have been more prompt or helpful. He got back to me immediately, fixed the problem, forwarded feedback I had, and followed up to make sure the solution worked. Outstanding customer service.
Angelo really helped me out!!
Jacklyn is a representative on the IDEA inspired service team and her service is top tier. I’ve had an issue loading education courses to my dashboard and Jacklyn has been so quick to respond and so kind in helping me resolve the problem. Highly recommend the IDEA continuing education courses- and if you have any issues with them you are in good hands with the IDEA customer service team!
Angelo provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly investigate an issue with courses I had purchased several years ago, kept me informed throughout the process, and ultimately restored my access. He was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Thank you, for your outstanding support!
Great customer support. When I didn't receive the webinar link, I contacted them by email and received a quick response. Angelo explained the situation clearly and directed me to the recorded webinar on their website. Helpful, professional, and responsive.
