Can't believe they can even call this place a Bridal Boutique, or better yet, manage to even stay in business. Hated it from the get go, but somehow managed to find a perfect shade of Coral bridesmaid dress. Was thoroughly unimpressed from the beginning right down to the end (when all 4 dresses were wadded up in one small plastic bag, un-steamed, with no hangers)... Worst Customer Service out of any business I've ever dealt with! Never even called when the dresses arrived. Pretty much acts like your a stupid idiotic insane p... read more
I had a fabulous experience at Ida's! The staff made me feel very welcomed and important. It felt like the ladies were just as excited as I was to be there. Definitely go and check them out!

Pam was my consultant and she was fantastic! When I first walked in, I saw the dress I knew I would get! Pam took me aside, asked my budget and asked what style I wanted. She requested I tried on other styles as well, and since it was my first time trying on dresses, I did that. I told her there was a dress out front that I liked but it was on a mannequin. She took the dress off the mannequin so I could try it on. I tried on all her picks first but still wanted to try on the "one". Once I tried it on, I knew I was done shopp... read more
