Even though the lady that helped us was very kind, the dress my cousin tried on was ripped in several places at the bottom. Ida told us she was still getting a very good deal on the dress because it was made in Spain. Really?? It was ripped all over. Then she said they could sew beading over some of the holes in the tulle. They tried to convince her to buy a dress that was gaping in the back by about 4 inches. They told her the alterations lady could take it in 2 inches and it would only cost $80 then she would have to lose ... read more
Horrible wedding shop... Could not get it right and customer service was absolutely lacking!
Worst place ever.. Don't ever buy from them. Rude people who don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Should not be in business anymore!! Bridal my butt!
Bad service, does not know how to measure for dresses and when all of the bridesmaids dress's came in too big they did NOTHING about it. Did not even try to help compensate or anything. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO SHOP THERE! Not only that but they over charged me and were rude
