I will start off that the dresses here are beautiful,and I don't regret buying the dress that i purchased at all..that's if you won't need any alterations. The horrible experience came along when dealing with the owner for alterations. When I said yes to the dress, I told Ida that there's a few things I would want added. Ida and Bonnie were absolutely lovely and the entire experience was so smooth and they made me and my party feel so welcome and beautiful! I’d highly recommend this shop! I found my dress with the very first dress I tried on (I tried on a few more just in case) but Bonnie completely listened to what I was looking for and brought me my dream dress the very first one and it was totally in my budget! It was like a dream! Thank you Bonnie and Ida!
Loved it!! Very pleasant and friendly staff!! Very attentive and caring to what the bride wanted, and offered the perfect dress! After that the nightmare began with alterations and appointments! Extra charges extra fittings!!
Minus one glitch, Ida and Bonnie were the best. Ida found the perfect gown for Abby’s wedding and she looked amazing! Thank you both!!!
If I could give them a 0 I would. My best friend was supposed to have the dress she loved and when she bought it she did. Then when she went for her fitting before alterations the owner called her fat and told her to quit eating cheese burgers and be a good girl. Then when she went to get her dress (she drives an hour to go to this store) the owner hadn't even started it and it was 2 weeks before her wedding.
