Stephen! Keneesha! They are the best. This property truly feels like a family. I’m very satisfied. They are very attentive and always quick to help with anything I need. The building is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this at home, and I genuinely enjoy living here. Highly recommended!
I’ve been living at Idaho Terrace Apartments for a year, and the experience has been excellent. Keneesha and Stephen are both always willing to help and they make everything feel easy and stress-free. On the maintenance side, James and Mustafa are just as great, handling any issues quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. I've lived here since June of 2024. The management (Keneesha and Stephen) are wonderful, always nice and personable, and good conversation. I've never been pressured to extend my lease or dissuaded from going month-to-month, and communication about ongoing construction, or water main repairs, or laundry room etiquette are always fast and responsive to resident concerns.
