My daughter has been living here for a year so far and she has loved it. She has also been treated well by the staff. The staff are very attentive and whenever she has issue, the staff are very quick to help. Keneesha and Steven are really great people in the leasing office, they are very helpful and friendly. For maintenance, Mostafa makes sure to go out of his way to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend this place
Mostafa was amazing! He fixed not only what we put in the order for but also at least two extra projects. He went above and beyond what we asked.
I can’t say enough great things about this place. Steve, from the leasing office, is just the best! I went there a couple of times to find an apartment for my sister, it ended up not working out for other reasons, but the building is great, location couldn’t be more convenient, with bus stops only a couple of feet away, close to Giant, restaurants, super safe area. The leasing office is super easy to deal with and very on top of things. Highly recommend!!
Great apartment complex. We got a place here for our son who was a student at American. The management is excellent, will work with you on any move in/ out needs and the upkeep and maintenance are great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in a great location.
I will say the apartment units I have seen are spacious. Very good quality but some amenities in some units are lacking. Also, when it rains for people that smoke you have two benches on either side of the bushes. So when it rains people stand where the over hang is for the building and smoke. Which means that they are ignoring the sign posted by the building. I have to give this three stars as smoke comes billowing into my apartment from smokers refusing to stand in the rain to smoke in the designated areas. The property no... read more
