I just want to say thank you keneesha for the hospitality, help....she is a good person. ❤️❤️❤️even though I have never lived there but my experience was outstanding.
Fantastic value for the $$$$$$$ Stephen and Keneisha are both so nice, very cool and on top of Everything. James and Mostafa are very polite and prompt with maintenance requests. The space is very cool, loving my old school hardwood floors. Solid old DC construction so you can't really hear your neighbors. Close to groceries and to several bus lines to Downtown and/or METRO. Highly recommended.
My daughter has been living here for a year so far and she has loved it. She has also been treated well by the staff. The staff are very attentive and whenever she has issue, the staff are very quick to help. Keneesha and Steven are really great people in the leasing office, they are very helpful and friendly. For maintenance, Mostafa makes sure to go out of his way to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend this place
Mostafa was amazing! He fixed not only what we put in the order for but also at least two extra projects. He went above and beyond what we asked.
I can’t say enough great things about this place. Steve, from the leasing office, is just the best! I went there a couple of times to find an apartment for my sister, it ended up not working out for other reasons, but the building is great, location couldn’t be more convenient, with bus stops only a couple of feet away, close to Giant, restaurants, super safe area. The leasing office is super easy to deal with and very on top of things. Highly recommend!!
