Mostaf was super friendly and helpful! The service at Idaho Terrace was awesome and really made me feel taken care of.
Updating my review since my lease ended and I moved out. Living at Idaho terrace was a pleasure. Keneesha, Stephen, Mostafa, and James were amazing throughout my time there and they answered any questions or requests I had and went above and beyond every time. Idaho terrace is an older building but had everything you needed. Gym on site, laundry on site and a secure place for packages. Giant was a 8 minute walk. 96, N4, N2, and N6 bus routes were close by and American university was a brief walk up hill. I would highly recom... read more
Hello, I have only been here a month, and I plan on updating or changing my rating once I been here six months. In terms of the building: Love the structure, love how much space is in the apartment even if it may seem small at first wait til you get furniture. As I have a two bedroom. Nice location, silence and good air, safety. One of the important advantages is the very nice people who serve it. Stephen Lewis was the first employee I contact with. Hi is very friendly, professional, dedicated to his work. I felt pleasant atmosphere (the girl in the office was also very nice) from the first steps of communication.
