Jo Ann was prepared or us before we met the day we started our home search. Through emails, texts and phone calls she had gathered information about our needs and wants. She stayed connected to the market , seeing a home which had been taken off the market, back on the market. She advised us that she thought it was just what we were looking for. She got us a showing that day and made an offer. She kept us informed throughout and we have Our Home which we love. Highly Recommend JoAnn!
I haven't worked with this company but I have worked with Jessica Skinner!!! She is totally awesome! She gets to know you on a level that really makes it easy for her to find what you are looking for at an affordable price. She goes above and beyond her job description. We made an offer that was countered but we couldn't meet their requirements in time and then we moved out of state. If we ever move back into state we will totally use her again! I wouldn't give a single star. I can't believe how deceitful a realtor with this company was when trying to sell us a property. We were made to believe it was a quiet country setting where we could raise our family. We were ready to make a full price offer but had our personal realtor go over everything just to make sure. Much to our amazement the private dirt road is going to be turned into a public road running right in front of the houses front door.
