I have been going to this pharmacy for many years, and they've always handled things great. Today Cy helped me resolve a complicated issue, and explained it in a way I could understand. I see many people having issues calling, I have to call to order a new medication often and never have difficulty getting a hold of someone. I usually call around 10 am to 2 pm, I imagine calling closer to closing might be a bit more difficult, but the staff are all clearly doing their best to help.

Left 6 voicemails and still no returned call..had to drive to the store to speak to someone as they never answer the phone.

Very poor service, unresponsive and rude. My first compounding prescription took 6 weeks to complete, I think they lost it or didn’t actually place the order for a month even though I called and visited several times to find out if it was completed. And then my refill was completely incorrect. The prescription said (po) by mouth but they gave me a cream and then argued with me that I was wrong even though it was actually filled by them as a capsule last time. A pharmacy that doesn't care, after a few changes of ownership, frankly should just close for good. Or could a more responsible professionally certified pharmacist take over? And provide proper supply and distribution to this large neighborhood?
