I have found them to be incredibly supportive and helpful. They are quick to help when needed. They follow up on requests. The support staff and pharmacists and the manager in the cosmetics - they are all kind and patient. 💕
Short version. Not very friendly staff. I'll just get my meds elsewhere. Very unfriendly and unwilling to answer questions even after explaining the situation. I think she's the head pharmacist there. But omg it was like my existence bothered her so much. I had to apologize several times for asking for help and asking questions. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

I moved my prescriptions from Shoppers Drug Mart at the Westshore to Forbes Pharmacy at Helmcken 4 yrs ago when I moved to the View Royal area. I have been so impressed with the level of service I've received from all the Pharmacy staff. They are able to fill a prescription very quickly if needed, when I pick it up, it's hanging in a ziplock bag filed alphabetically so it's easily retrieval (staff aren't looking through multiple baskets on the floor to find it), if my Dr faxes in a prescription, they phone right away to say ... read more
