Have been very hesitant to write this review and we’ve been very patient and have also given the leasing team constructive criticism and nothing has improved. We moved into a NIGHTMARE. Our home was not cleaned, and we’ve had more maintenance issues than we can count. Not to mention our roof has been leaking since we moved in (still has not been fixed, yet have had someone come out 6 times now.) We had extremely severe case of subterranean termites per Terminx. I really don’t like having to write these kind of negative reviews but living at ID was far from a pleasant and smooth experience. Management was disorganized and inattentive (side note: they charged us 3 admin fees thinking we would not notice and it was a mess to get the 2 overcharges reversed), neighborhood is unsafe and a lot of criminal activity going on, if you have more than 2 cars or you have guests visiting there is no guest parking or any spots for additional vehicles, and we did not have a working dishwasher for t... read more
