I’m sorry to say this store has lost my business. Last weekend, I attended an event at the store designed to promote some new paints they had in stock. While there, the instructor spilled paint on my clothes, ruining them. I asked for reimbursement or store credit to cover the cost of replacing the clothes but was refused by staff. For context, I spent $250 at this store in the last month alone. The amount I requested to be reimbursed was less than 1/5 of what I'd spent.
