We have used ICU for the past two years. During that time we have requested a document that State Farm has requested to get a discount on our home owners insurance of $700 for the past two years. We have called over 6 times and have always been told no problem and they would handle it and they never have. Today I called to cancel the service and was told that I could cancel but that I would have to pay through the end of the contract 3/2018. ICU Security provides a copy of the Installation certificate to each customer at time of install to send in to their Ins. co. We do accommodate customers that request documentation, and we will when asked send said document as a courtesy for them, but it is the customers responsibility to make sure the ins. co. has that info. Any discounts from the ins. co. is between the customer and their provider. The customer is ultimately responsible to get the info to their insurance provider.
