Do not live here! At first these were cute "vintage" apartments, once they moved in, problems! The counters and bathroom were very shabby, cracked counters etc. the apartment flooded every time they took a bath or shower, it took forever to fix. Refrigerator door broken when they moved in. Then the bat problem! This was not our first rodeo with student apartment living either. They also give parking tickets to guests of tenants if you do not get to the office before they close to get a sticker! What if you have an emergency ... read more
