Literally live anywhere but here. NO one talks to each other up front and any "specials" or "deals" they tell you they have will not be recorded on your account and you will constantly be told you owe money. I even go to the front desk and ask how much before paying rent what I owe and they still call me saying I owe something.
Disgusting, immoral, negligent. I think that about covers my experience.
Why is this place still in business? My daughter lived there for one semester. The apartment that was just horrible. Unsealed concrete floors, they said they must have missed and promised to remedy, never happened. Smoke detectors did not work. Common areas dirty, overflowing dumpsters, bugs etc. We continued to contact mgmt and no response. The apartment was left as clean as we could get it, considering you really cannot clean an unsealed concrete floor EVER unless you were to bring a hose in, and they still tried to charge... read more
One of the worst places to live in San Marcos. Are negligent of their residents since the fire and have cheated out all of their former residents from the fire in so many ways. They deserve to be sued for everything in their wrong doing in the fire at this complex. Took almost 4 months to get my deposit back (cheated me out of it) and still promote events like nothing ever happened. Don't support a complex that cares nothing about you except for taking your money.
A literal death trap run by negligent management that cares more about profit rather than their residents. Atrocious, unqualified people working in the front office. Absolute garbage quality maintenance team that ignored the 3 times we put in a request. This complex deserves less than zero stars. Do not waste your time or money here.
