Keystone Ridge Apartments. My communication with Tianna Mason (email, phone and in person) was always great. I had lots of questions and Tania always answered everything. My unit was recently renovated so there were some minor issues that needed to be looked at and addressed, but Tianna was quick to pass things off to maintenance. I recently moved into an Icon property and thought I'd share my experience. My communication with Tania (email, in person) was always great. I had lots of questions and Tania always added everything. My unit was recently renovated so there were some quirks that needed fixed, but Tania was quick to pass things off to maintenance and address everything. Tianna was very helpful in retrieving my package that got delivered to the wrong apartments she went above and beyond by making phone calls to track down this package thank you so much!!
I moved to WAS 4 + years ago an I have lived at the Sherwood Apts in Puyallup ever since.. Danielle Dupont has been the best manager to work with without peer. Always attentive to needs big an small and always with a great sense of humor. She and ICON work to improve the property all the time and are sure to communicate (email and text) to the residents when work will start an and how long it will take to complete. If this was a numerical review it would be 10/10 all the way!!
