I live in Sunset Gardens for many years now and I must say that Danielle DuPont is the best manager we’ve ever had. I have been here since 2014 and seen managers come and go, But Danielle gets things done immediately! I put in a work order and the next day Owen the Maintenance man in here to tend to the order. Danielle and Andra were so extremely helpful with the process of finding and applying to apartments! Not sure how they manage their other properties but the apts in eatonville are complete shit! Lived here 2 years and have had nothing but constant maintenance issues including my plumbing pipe burst in the first few months along with water leaking thru the roof into my bathroom. They don’t take care of this facility that’s for sure and yet the rent keeps increasing. Don’t trust this company unless you wanna piss your money away, and constantly have to take time off of work to let a plumber, roofer or any maintenance person
