Not sure how they manage their other properties but the apts in eatonville are complete shit! Lived here 2 years and have had nothing but constant maintenance issues including my plumbing pipe burst in the first few months along with water leaking thru the roof into my bathroom. They don’t take care of this facility that’s for sure and yet the rent keeps increasing. Don’t trust this company unless you wanna piss your money away, and constantly have to take time off of work to let a plumber, roofer or any maintenance person
Danielle Dupont is the absolute best apartment manager. She made the move to Keystone Apartments so easy. She is quick to respond to any questions you may have and quickly handles any concerns. She is a valuable asset for Icon Real Estate Services and for the residents who reside at Keystone Ridge. I would definitely recommend that you give her a big raise!!!
