This is a fantastic place to live! I absolutely LOVE the new management in the office. In February, there was a transition and it was very much a beneficial one! They are amazing and promptly take care of any issue that may arise. Maintenance is too notch, fast and efficient. Nice upgrades and accommodations and are very reasonably priced! They are in a great location as well!

We've lived at ICON for a year & are preparing to sign a lease for another year. It's a quiet complex with friendly neighbors! The staff is prompt & always helpful. You can't beat the location right on the Greenway either! We thoroughly enjoy grilling by the pool every weekend...
