Nicely Kept , Polite Staff , Maintenance Handles Everything In A Timely Fashion . This Is My First Place I’ve Ever Moved Into And It Instantly Felt Like Home . Best Place To Live !!!

Icon on the Greenway has an AMAZING management team in the leasing office. They are always on top of things. The maintenance men are also great, and on top of their game, as well. It's relatively a quite apartment complex. We definitely feel safe here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in living in Gastonia.
Amber and Misty are amazing and makes sure any issues gets handled right away. Maintenance also goes over and beyond . I really enjoy my stay here

This is a very lovely complex ..very family oriented and beautiful units!
I moved into icon on the greenway and knowing these are older apartments.. some things needed to be fixed.. however, Amber is by far the most professional, yet coolest, laid back person I have ever met in an apartment office. I’ve been renting since 2013 at other complexes and I have to say this is my favorite place. Mainly because Amber stays on top of things. Good or bad.
