Way too expensive for the rude management company I was shown a bunch of beautiful amenities that enticed me to sign the lease. Ever since then, the management company has been rude and confrontational, and they restrict access to the amenities and threaten to fine you if you use them. Find someplace that is more worth the money, like anyplace else.

Luxury, Sophistication and Customer Service Driven I have live at Icon for a little bit over a year and have loved every minute. The past management company was a little shaky but the new management, WOW I can’t say enough good things about them. They communicate to the residents about everything and keep us informed about the what nots going on around the building.
