Today at 8-35 pm, the parking man did not allow me to park in an empty parking lot at the entrance to the building to deliver an order to a building resident. The parking lot showed me that I should park the car on a fire line. Perhaps this is the position of the building manager, but to be honest, I'm tired of what everyone does not care about the law in this city.
We’ve enjoyed living in at the Icon. The location is amazing and views are spectacular. The maintenance team leaded by Ezequiel keeps this place running like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend it.
Miguel was great on fixing our microwave promptly in our unit 1704. He identified the issue quickly and fixed it. He is always very courteous and helpful.
We have lived there now for about four years. It’s been pretty solid, good amenities, the best part is that it is so close to all of that restaurants and bars in shops, right on Las Olas, the location can’t be beat! The concierge staff has a bit of a turnover recently, the new folks are getting the hang of it. All in all definitely plan to stay here for a few years. And enjoy all the amenities!
