Icon Las Olas is truly one of the premier buildings in South Florida. The views are absolutely breathtaking — both of the ocean and the city — easily among the best you’ll find anywhere in the area. The property itself is modern, elegant, and meticulously maintained, creating an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Between the stunning amenities, prime Las Olas location, and unbeatable scenery, it sets the bar for luxury living.
I’ve had a great experience living at Icon. Everyone from the management/office, concierge team, engineers and valet service. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, communication is always clear, and the overall property has improved noticeably under their leadership. It’s reassuring to know we have a manager who is proactive and invested in making this a great place to live.
We’ve been in about 9 months now and I can honestly say it’s the best run building we’ve experienced. Bryan, the building manager, is absolutely amazing and keeps everything in the building in top form. And his entire team, from the valets to the concierge to the maintenance team are happy, personable and professional. The location, floor plans, views, finishes and amenities drew us to Icon and we’ve loved living here since moving in.
I rarely every take out the time to write a review for a residential building but I am compelled to do so about ICON because I have loved everything about it since we moved in. Right from the ease of the moving in process, to helping me find an amazing dog sitter to supporting me when I lost my dog and was grieving, this has been an amazing place. Bryan Jacobs and the concierge team are some of the warmest people I have met. Highly recommend.
The team members at the Icon do a great job. Since Bryan took the management position we have seen significant repairs and attention to prior deferred maintenance. He's been very attentive and quick to respond on any issues that come up. Tiffany, Jade, Concierge Bryan and the concierge team, maintenance, they all do an amazing job. The valet team has one grumpy guy, but he does his job, and everyone else meets you with a smile and a kind greeting.
