I come to the Icon regularly, as I have several friends living in the building. This building has such a positive and friendly energy every time I walk in! I honestly believe the team behind this incredible atmosphere is the Concierge Team. I am always greeted with a "hello" and a smile! I am usually there days and have dealt with Concierge Bryan & Robin who are both exceptional but my friends in the building rave about the entire team. The building itself is modern and perfectly located but what truly makes it special is the staff. In particular, Brian from the 5th Ave concierge team deserves special recognition. He’s incredibly professional, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make residents feel at home. Whether it’s handling deliveries, assisting with guests, or giving a helping hand, Brian consistently delivers five-star service. Icon wouldn’t be the same without him!
Unmatched views. Hard working staff. Reception team works non stop getting our deliveries and packages. Very friendly…Dami Oloruntoba is always friendly and vigilant.
