Miguel is really good technician and always answers the phone whenever I need something. He does the work quickly and is overall great and easy to work with.
I’ve been living at The Icon for about three years now, on and off during the summers, and I’ve had a really positive experience overall. The people here are great, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and I’ve always enjoyed my time living here. I also really appreciate having Bryan as our manager. He’s always helpful, professional yet friendly, and attentive to the residents.
Miguel was excellent. He repaired a leaking faucet and installed two shampoo shelves perfectly. Great maintenance team.

We’ve lived in the building for over two years and just renewed our lease. Lots of positives starting with the apartment itself. Our layout is great, very open with an amazing view, nice cabinets and high end appliances. Everything is well maintained and our issues when they arise are generally resolved very quickly. Management (Bryan, Jade, and Tiffany) is very good about maintaining common spaces and once or twice a year does exterior window maintenance.
