I wish I could give them no stars. Don’t waste your money!!! On 1/17 at 3:30 I picked up my sons glasses. I paid $130 for them because I was told that the insurance covered ones would take 10 weeks. Today 1/19 at 8am I told my son let me see your glasses so I can clean your lenses before school & they are broke. Both ear pieces slide off the metal frame. They are not metal frame glasses either. Ow & my receipt says all says are final. SMH.
I love coming to this company they always give me great service. They’re always so helpful. The girls are always smiling and the prices are so great.
My mom has an appointment at 9:00 am i called earlier to make sure was confirmed, they said yes. Then when we got there at 9:00 am we have been told the doctor is not coming and we need to reschedule. We drove 30 min to get there. We wasted our time and i had to take a day off of work to drove her over there. This situation happened to us two times already. They don’t care about their clients. First time here & everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was nice and made sure to ask if I had any questions. Helping me pick out my glasses was so easy and the lady helping me was thoughtful and great!! Would recommend to everyone!!!
Dr. Nguyen and the staff were amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly, and I left feeling confident in my eye care—highly recommend this office!
