I wish I could give them no stars. Don’t waste your money!!! On 1/17 at 3:30 I picked up my sons glasses. I paid $130 for them because I was told that the insurance covered ones would take 10 weeks. Today 1/19 at 8am I told my son let me see your glasses so I can clean your lenses before school & they are broke. Both ear pieces slide off the metal frame. They are not metal frame glasses either. Ow & my receipt says all says are final. SMH.
I love coming to this company they always give me great service. They’re always so helpful. The girls are always smiling and the prices are so great.
Dr Nguyen and staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable to ask Dr Nguyen questions, and he answered all of them thoroughly so now I have a better understanding of why my vision is weak. Him and his staff also helped me find glasses that were good for me and my budget. :)
I had an appointment with icon eye care with my son for a routine check up the front staff was amazing and they also helped me pick out glasses. Dr Nguyen was very detailed and gave me the best care for me and my 7 year old which was his first time getting an eye exam. I had an amazing experience here at this office
My mom has an appointment at 9:00 am i called earlier to make sure was confirmed, they said yes. Then when we got there at 9:00 am we have been told the doctor is not coming and we need to reschedule. We drove 30 min to get there. We wasted our time and i had to take a day off of work to drove her over there. This situation happened to us two times already. They don’t care about their clients.
