I wish I could give them no stars. Don’t waste your money!!! On 1/17 at 3:30 I picked up my sons glasses. I paid $130 for them because I was told that the insurance covered ones would take 10 weeks. Today 1/19 at 8am I told my son let me see your glasses so I can clean your lenses before school & they are broke. Both ear pieces slide off the metal frame. They are not metal frame glasses either. Ow & my receipt says all says are final. SMH.

This was going to be the first time bringing my 2 kids, that I made the appointment 3 weeks ago, i confirmed through text message, I come today early then my actual appointment incase I need to do paperwork, and they tell me that I never confirmed, which I did and I showed the front desk. now I have to reschedule … At least we should be notified before coming to the appointment …. Unprofessional
