I loved my experience with Dr. Scott Moradian……..Update 2/27/26 i like my results, I see the vision. However, I had my surgery 3 months ago and one procedure couldn’t be done so I was owed a refund. 3 months later still no refund. I’ve reached out my phone and emails over a dozen times. Most times there is no response other times the info they provide is useless. Update 3/6. Finally received my refund.
Getting a refund sucks here. When I scheduled my surgery they wanted the procedure to be paid in full which I did. They were very persistent on me making the full payment even though I already made my deposit and my medical clearance was not complete. Three days before my surgery they canceled my appointment which was due to my iron being low and is understandable. When I requested my refund in Dec of 2025 they took forever to get back to me. If you are considering this clinic, please do your research carefully. I paid for a surgical procedure with a specific provider and completed every requirement asked of me, including labs and medical documentation. My lab results were within normal range. Despite fulfilling all pre-operative requirements, I was not cleared for surgery. !!!!!!THIS CLINIC IS A SCAM !!!!!! If confusion , surprise charges and a 3 month refund scavenger hunt is your thing this is the placefor you . It’s been THREE months trying to get my refund and im still waiting on it, and apparently everyone there is permanently "too busy" to assist me. the refund department is "too busy" if thats not a red flag i dont know what is. i literally have to call 4 times a day to be able to talk to the refund department talking with them is a miracle. they rush you to pay 2 weeks before your surg... read more
