Scam scam scam!!!Will steal your money!!!!! I paid up on my surgery and per their agreement after paying 500 to cancel I still have not recieved my 9150 back. Their agreement is 21 days to refund. It has been almost 30 days and no response. They prefer to try and keep your money. Customer service tries to make you feel wrong when they are and hang up. Do not use this place especially if you are out of town. It has now been 35 days and no refund.

I am extremely disappointed with how my refund has been handled by this business. I was approved for a refund totaling $9,080, which was requested on January 17, 2026. According to their own policy, refunds should be processed within 21–35 business days. That timeframe has long passed. As of today, I have only received $1,646 back on one card—and that was sent in random partial payments ($1,250, $261, and $135) with no explanation. Horrible customer service they will cancel your surgery last minute for no reason as well.
I debated leaving a review because I understand that cosmetic centers receive high volume calls and procedures done during tax season, however, I never even got a call back to confirm the price on the surgery in which I filled the form out and sent pictures over.
