I had my surgery with ICON Cosmetics in May 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was much more complicated than I expected. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED. icon cosmetics will cancel your surgery for no reason and then will not refund you nor even let you speak to refund department. it’s been months and I have yet to receive my promised refund.

I highly don’t recommend……….I canceled my bbl because I found out I was pregnant. I been waiting MONTHSSSSSSSSSSSSS for my refund to the point I had to reach out to my lawyer so not only would they have to give me my $1800 back but my lawyer is coming for whatever for pain and suffering. It shouldn’t take that long for a check to be mailed mind you they’ve mailed off three checks already and all three of them have been lost apparently….This is by far the worst company, they play games and think it’s cool. I would NOT recommend Icon Cosmetics based on my experience. I was told by their staff that the Dr they pushed onto me was board certified and that he had no medical malpractice lawsuits or deaths associated with him. I later found information that contradicted what I had been told. That completely destroyed my trust. What’s even worse is that they will push you toward the surgeon they want, and when things change, you’re left scrambling at the last minute.
