Worst experience I’ve ever had at a barbershop Rueben Sandoval should not be cutting hair, period. He clearly doesn’t listen to what the customer wants and acts like he’s doing you a favor just by being there. I showed him a simple reference photo, and he still managed to completely mess it up. I tried to book an appointment for 11 am which is when they’re supposed to open. I stayed until 1130 and no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional.

If you are in Greeley and you aren't going to this shop you're truly missing out. Reuben has years of experience and you can tell simply in the way he grooms, he is attentive, efficient and leaves every single hair looking pristine. He's also just a fantastic guy to talk to! I've never really considered having a permanent place to get my haircuts done, but icon has sealed that deal for me with one slick cut, and an extremely competitive price. Hands down best haircut I've had in my 28 years. I highly recommend this shop!
