I had several questions on the vehicle and Gaelon was very helpful and also quick to respond to any and all questions. We have not purchased yet, however, this vehicle is high on our list because of Gaelon.
Great experience checking out a car. Very pleasant, and eager to take care of my concerns. Did not purchase car however I would have no problem spending my money here.

I have to say I was a little skeptical in purchasing in Vallejo. However, Gaelan at ICON was very thorough and transparent in this purchase. The listing was very accurate to the condition and value of the vehicle. The Jeep we purchased is in great condition and was reasonably priced. I was interested to buy white 2013 Mercedes cls 550 before I go from LA to them. I call dealer to confirm car is clean and have no accident which the Carfax was clean. Very unprofessional don’t know how to talk with customers wouldn’t let us inspect the car properly, I drove all the way from Los Angeles to buy the Mercedes Benz CLS designo package white color from them. I talked with them in the phone and they said the car has clean history and never been in accident when I went there and inspected the car the front bumper was painted probably replaced left headlight was replaced for sure and front driver seat is painted car was in accident which they never mentioned to me not at all that ... read more

I've been in business over 15 years. I'm one of a few dealers in my area that offer a 3 month 3000 mile warranty at no additional cost to my customers. I also realize you can't please everyone. This guy called me asked a few questions then showed up with 3 guys low balling me demanding a cheaper price. He stated they came from LA as if to justify low balling me by $3000 dollars I said NO.
