I personally do not recommend moving to Icon at Rosecrans. During my time there, I experienced numerous ongoing problems that made living in the building frustrating and disappointing. Residents regularly dealt with maintenance and cleanliness issues, including pest problems, overflowing trash areas, unpleasant odors in common spaces, broken gates, elevator malfunctions, and a general lack of upkeep throughout the property. The building is built at a slant. The construction workers were told but they kept building anyways. Building will fall eventually. Look at the other apartments near by in comparison. Management is bad, kids break people windows out of their cars. Building overall is nasty and has terrible management. Needs to be shut down and torn down

@12:00am We had water dripping from bathroom ceiling and fan we call emergency contact number no one answering. I call 12x and left voicemail for one hour I was keep calling they ignore my phone call. I also left voicemail. the middle of the night my bathroom flooded with dirty. water who ever had the emergency phone number you are not doing your job. so sad. This is Beza did the google rate I wish if I can give you 0 instead of one star. You sleep this time I’m writing this and cleaning the flood. @1:24 am
