This is the worst building I have ever lived in. The security is never wearing their masks properly or sitting at the desks. I left my last apartment due to cockroaches and mice. The utilities are EXTREMELY over priced and the appliances in the units are always breaking. The building is contracted with EMS for utilities and they charge you based on the overall usage of the building (that includes vacant units and the price to work the gym and other amenities).
