Fantastic Residences! They're brand new and modern. The residents friendly and welcoming. I've never had or heard of any noise complaints. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help whenever. Traci the property manger is always very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone!
The Mayfield apartments are great! Very modern, clean, and pet friendly. I have been impressed with the snow removal this winter, especially the sidewalks where I am often walking with my dog. The staff is very friendly.
We love living here. Everything is brand new and beautiful! These apartments are modem and sleek, exactly what I've been looking for! We love the gym, the hot tub and the pool as well!

This place is awful. They have all sorts of hidden fees. The office is very unprofessional and never answer the phone. Their answers always differ depending on which one you talk to. They have no clue what they are doing there.
