The property is always in good shape, it has the perfect home feel and the staff is always there to help you with anything. A great place to live.
This is a gorgeous apartment community! It is well kept with wonderful amenities. My favorite is definitely the 24 hour fitness room. The location is fantastic as well! It's quiet with tons of room for parking so that you don't have to make friends and family park and walk forever just to come see you! Love it here!
WOW is all I can say! such an amazing staff here!! the full property is very well kept. Everyone is so friendly in the office and maintenance is always there right away to take care of anything! it truly is like staying at a resort. after years of searching my family has finally found a place that not only feels, but really IS a place My family and I are proud and more than happy to call home!!
Amazing. Management has been so helpful and friendly. Very great to work worth. The place is clean and kept up. Tons of parking! Pet park and spa is great. You can't hear neighbors, very sound proof apartments! Highly recommend!
Great staff! We have been here about 6 months now and have been very pleased. The staff returns calls quickly, very kind, engaged, and professional. Every issue we have had has been addressed and resolved promptly. We love that the property is dog friendly too, we love the pet spaw!
I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! The facilities are great, the amenities are phenomenal as best of all is the incredible office staff that responds quickly to any apartment issues. I highly recommend living here. If you are LDS, it is a wonderful ward.
RUN AWAY. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY PIT. The constantly pile on new fees and will do anything they can to squeeze an extra dollar out of you. They tried to charge us an extra $400 fee after we moved out for "cleaning". We had a maid service when we lived there and the apartment was in perfect condition. They also told us rent would be $1200 a month and our total monthly bill ended up being almost $1600 BECAUSE OF FEES THEY ADDED ON. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, RUN AWAY!!!!!!!
