My 9 year old got her ears pierced here a little over a month ago. We had a terrible time trying to get her earrings out after the time was up. We cleaned her ears 3 times a day and made sure to twist them off and on all day. One ear became red and swollen so we knew we HAD to get the earrings out. We even called the store for advice as I have 4 peircings and have never seen an earring that hard to remove. Today around 3:30-4:00pm, me and my sister went in to icing with her friend to look at some nail polish. As soon as we went over to the nail polish a very nice girl around my age probably in her 20s notified us that they will be going on break soon, and I said no problem. As soon as those words left her mouth the other girl at the cash register who was also probably in her 20s but she had glasses, YELLED at us and said “NO WE ARE GOING ON BREAK RIGHT NOW” and slammed the cash register closed and everything. I got my 9 month olds ears pierced today and Anna was amazing with her!!! She took the time to make sure her ears were perfect!!! She was very informative and helped us every step of the way. She was very gentle with my daughter. She was patient while we were trying to decide on what ear rings we wanted for our daughter. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their child’s ears pierced for the very first time!!!!
Kennedy pierced my 2nd hole for my right ear and did a fantastic job. She was also really sweet 10/10 would come back and let her pierce my ears again
