HORRIBLE service!!! Their employees are not trained which causes unnecessary delays. It took them more than 2 hours to assist me with a document that Scotia bank was able to provide me within 10 min. I literally showed them the document I got from Scotia and even explained all the information I need on my document and they were just not able to generate a basic document.
