This is a new built home purchased 7/21. Since that time the garage has leaked during a rain storm with a west to east moving wind or an ongoing slow rain. Water seeps through the exterior wall and puddles at the wall. This puddle has never reached an exterior opening of the garage. The wall is block, no water on the inside block, only the floor at the base of the block. Our experience with the sales person at Middlebourne Florida(Sep-22) is terrible. Not sure why reputed builder like ICI home has such a terrible attitude staff. No one will be intreated in buying if they interact with such an attitude person. She was very pushy that we walked in without an appointment, she has a lot of attitude problems, she is very particular about our budget and when we provide a number, she keeps on pushing us, this may not be a right one for you, you should look somewhere else. It's been over 6 months since closing, still have open items from closing punch list. Horrible communications. No gas in the house for the first month after closing. ICI failed to make good on its promise to compensate.
After over a year we finally closed on our home July 21st. Having built 2 other new homes in Florida I can tell you this was the worst of the builders we've ever dealt with. Late, Late, Late and nothing but delays and excuses, we watched our home sit for 6 months with no windows while the model homes were being built with the same exact windows? The Design Center is a disaster--no available prices, antiquated software, and would rather lie when the truth sounds better. Run away from this shit show! Ifyou do buy ICI take the cheapest or free option and expect to redo.
The Daytona Beach has exposed the fraud named Husseini who has Harmed our environment, got his sister on the board, and brought a corrupt family to this town who need to leave. They have caused so much damage that I can’t believe he’s not in prison. Corruption to the core. There’s nothing good about this family.And their homes are prefab garbage.
Horrible customer service. The owner Mori Hosseini and his son Ali Kargar only care about filling their pockets and selling more houses. I have dealt with drainage issues since day one. A year later I have no fix.
