It's been over 6 months since closing, still have open items from closing punch list. Horrible communications. No gas in the house for the first month after closing. ICI failed to make good on its promise to compensate.
After over a year we finally closed on our home July 21st. Having built 2 other new homes in Florida I can tell you this was the worst of the builders we've ever dealt with. Late, Late, Late and nothing but delays and excuses, we watched our home sit for 6 months with no windows while the model homes were being built with the same exact windows? The Design Center is a disaster--no available prices, antiquated software, and would rather lie when the truth sounds better. Run away from this shit show! Ifyou do buy ICI take the cheapest or free option and expect to redo.
The Daytona Beach has exposed the fraud named Husseini who has Harmed our environment, got his sister on the board, and brought a corrupt family to this town who need to leave. They have caused so much damage that I can’t believe he’s not in prison. Corruption to the core. There’s nothing good about this family.And their homes are prefab garbage.
Horrible customer service. The owner Mori Hosseini and his son Ali Kargar only care about filling their pockets and selling more houses. I have dealt with drainage issues since day one. A year later I have no fix.
I built a home with ICI, spending $750,000 on my home to have 37 items defective. After a year of working with engineers, inspectors, and ICI reps there has been no assistance in reimbursing me for hundreds of hours of my time and thousands of dollars. My home had major electrical failures, bad water heater, missing insulation (I paid extra for), roof leak, cracked jet tub, broken pool heater, and so many other items.
