I reached out numerous times for couple counseling which they stated was doable. I had my EAP number ready. They said they would talk to their billing department and get back to me after my EAP counselor reached out to the provider and got the confirmation that we were good to go. Never heard back from anyone at this place. It’s unfortunate.
Unfortunately I never received a call back . While encouraged to select Black own businesses for my preference this would not be one
Miss B has completely changed my mentality about life. She’s extremely easy to talk to, and really tries to empathize and truly understand what you’re going through.
