I typically order the Yaki Soba at Ichiban whenever I'm in Mississippi, but the Alpharetta location failed to meet my standards. I went during my 1hr lunch, due to its extremely close proximity to my job, but it took well over 30 minutes to receive my order. The food was terrible. The noodles were charred, the veggies were mushy and not crisp at all, and the bowl was full of grease. I was so upset, I just threw it in the trash and had a bag of pretzels from the break room. Most definitely will not return to this location.
Outstanding. Come hungry and bring lots of money. Because if you're like me you can damn near eat your weight in good sushi.
