The chef and waiter were funny, creative and personable... but the wait was 1.5 hours, the guy at the front desk was an asshole. We called to make a reservation, they said how many and when, we said 12 for 5:30pm then they said we don't take call aheads --- then why didn't they say that upfront? Sounds like you do. I typically order the Yaki Soba at Ichiban whenever I'm in Mississippi, but the Alpharetta location failed to meet my standards. I went during my 1hr lunch, due to its extremely close proximity to my job, but it took well over 30 minutes to receive my order. The food was terrible. The noodles were charred, the veggies were mushy and not crisp at all, and the bowl was full of grease. I was so upset, I just threw it in the trash and had a bag of pretzels from the break room. Most definitely will not return to this location.
