Ichiban Salon This is the place to be pampered! The stylists are up to date on the latest styles. It is a bit pricey here, but definitely worth it. The manicures and pedicures are to die for - I always walk out of there completely relaxed and feeling very polished. This salon is clean and the staff is professional (kind of snobby though). The interior is decorated with a trendy flair and is very neat and clean. They sometimes have a wait, even if you have an appointment.
Ann M. I have been going to Ichiban to have my hair cut and colored for over 10 years. Kari is my colorist and Dobrica is my stylist. Both are excellent! They are extremely pleasant and always on time. I am very happy with the service I receive there.
Very disappointed I have gone to Ichiban for about 6 years and liked it very much. Unfortunately, I had a terrible haircut there 18 days before my daughters wedding. Went to "ryan", and he did not do what I asked. Ichiban is good, but avoid ryan. I left with a military looking cut. I don't know if I will ever go back.
ryan OH my gosh are you kidding karen p i got a bad cut at another salon in Rocky River $48.00 had to wear headbands i went to Ryan he did a outstanding job with what he had to work with he is the best!! and i tell everyone!!!!!!!!
Ichiban Review I've been going to Ichiban Salon & Day Spa for years! I see Reese, who waxes my eyebrows and underarms. She does a fantastic job! Also, when you walk into the establishment, you feel like you're an important customer. Each staff member is friendly and polite. I recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to receive a great experience!
Love my Hair Hey, like every woman, we are particular about our hair. Has to be just right. Well, I can say you do a good job, and I loved my hair but I have loved my hair before at half the cost. Where do you people get off thinking you can charge those prices? If I wanted a massage, I would pay $65.00 for a full body massage. Stick to the hair. I don't need internet, cappuccino or massage. I need a great hair do and a RESONIBLE COST! Your good, but better come down to reality!!!
No one leaves unhappy I used to work here but had to quit for my own reasons. It is one of the best salons that I have ever worked. Yes, there prices are a little more expensive but it is definitely worth it. You get excellent service and everybody is so friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality service on hair, nails, and massage.
Ichiban Salon & Day Spa is the best Have been going to Ichiban for over 5 years. I love my colorist and my stylist. The staff is very friendly. Their prices have been reduced and I love that. The service and their expertise is excellent
MZ I have problem nails. They are brittle, soft and break easily. I hit the jackpot when Juliet at Ichiban began to help me. She is knowledgeable, knows her products and how to use them, and has improved them tremendously in the past ten months. Juliet is the greatest…she is a lot of fun, but keeps on schedule and gets me out on time without feeling rushed. Everyone at Ichiban is very friendly, helpful and welcoming…and, the prices are competitive, too. Give them a try and enjoy the treat.
