Iceberg shakes are awesome and there burgers and fries
Dirty place here in Syracuse. Dirt, crumbs, dripped ice cream hardened. ...no excuse.
Great shakes, old time favorite
No shake is worth a 30 minute wait after you order!!!! Ridiculous!!!
While the shakes are good, customer service is extremely poor. So much that I can't recommend Iceberg anymore. There used to be a time in the valley where if you wanted a thick malt or shake, Iceberg was the place to go. Now, however, they hire super young kids without decent supervision to work the place. Last time I visited their 33rd South store, the music was blaring loud, the employees were partying instead of attending to customers, and the place looked absolutely disgusting, more than just being a 55 year old establis... read more

Removing Iceberg from our FHE line up! Missing half our take out order - returned to wait and wait. The young man who waited on us apparently found it funny as he went back to his colleagues to yuck it up, after we pointed out that 3 orders of onion rings had passed through the window while we waited for ours. Need some customer service training. Need some serious quality assurance training.
