Iceburg got a service tech to my house same day and solved my problem with great customer service and reasonable price. My kids were able to sleep up in there rooms again!
I don’t like giving five stars. There’s always something that could be done better. I’ve had this company out for plumbing service and now for HVAC service. I was completely satisfied with the service and their pricing was as quoted. I highly recommend them.
Called this company out because my heat was not working. He replaced a fuse and thought it was fixed. Six days later heat was out again sent a different tech another charge. Heat is still not heating properly not blowing in order to push the heat thru the house. The so called tech was here for an hour and on the phone the whole time put up a new thermostat without my knowledge and I had already purchased a new thermostat when I told him that he looked at it and said it was for heat only and that was a lie because it had heat... read more
